Use of the AGLI website and online services is subject to these terms. Please review them before continuing.

• The website may be used only for lawful access to AGLI information, services, contact pathways, education, and public report verification.
• You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape protected records, bypass security controls, introduce harmful code, or use automated requests in a way that degrades the service.
• Public information may not be presented as an endorsement, appraisal, guarantee, or statement beyond what the relevant AGLI report actually establishes.

• The public registry returns customer-safe information associated with a certificate number or QR code when a supported record exists.
• A result marked issued indicates the current registry status at the time of the search. A void or replaced record must not be used as the current certificate.
• Verification does not expand, reinterpret, or replace the findings contained in the issued report, and it does not confirm ownership, transaction value, legal title, or facts outside the submitted material and recorded examination.

• Testing, identification, grading, valuation, certification, Rudrakshya analysis, education, miner guidance, and auction-related inquiries may have different submission requirements, limitations, fees, and timelines.
• Clients should confirm the appropriate service with AGLI before visiting or sending material. Mounted items, loose stones, samples, supporting documents, and high-value submissions may require specific handling.
• A report applies to the item submitted and the supported observations recorded at the time of examination. It should not be transferred to another item or altered to suggest a different result.

• Staff accounts are restricted to authorised users and may be assigned different roles and permissions.
• Users are responsible for protecting their credentials, using only their own account, and reporting suspected unauthorised access promptly.
• AGLI may suspend or revoke access when an account is compromised, no longer required, used outside its permissions, or creates a risk to laboratory records or the service.

• Cards, certificates, electronic copies, previews, and other generated documents may be accessed only where the record status and user permissions allow.
• Public downloads are limited to the supported customer-safe document. Internal previews, print files, staff controls, and restricted document types are not public entitlements.
• You must not remove security elements, alter report content, reproduce a document for a different item, or use AGLI branding to create an unauthorised certificate or representation.

• The website, software, laboratory branding, text, layouts, graphics, document designs, and original materials are owned by or licensed to AGLI and are protected by applicable law.
• Normal viewing, permitted downloads, and sharing of an authentic public verification link do not grant permission to copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially reuse the platform or its materials.

• AGLI aims to keep the website and registry accurate and available, but maintenance, connectivity, configuration, third-party services, or technical faults may temporarily interrupt access.
• Website descriptions are general information. The issued report, its status, and direct guidance from the laboratory take priority for a specific item or service.
• To the extent permitted by law, AGLI is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorised alteration, misuse of a report, reliance on an expired, void, replaced, or unrelated record, or use of third-party services outside AGLI's control.

• Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp, email, or other third-party services are provided for convenience. Their availability, security, content, and policies are controlled by the relevant provider.
• Messages submitted through the contact form are recorded by AGLI and may later be delivered through a configured transactional email service. WhatsApp and other external channels remain subject to the relevant provider's terms.

• AGLI may restrict access, block abusive traffic, remove unauthorised content, or suspend an account when these terms, security requirements, legal obligations, or the integrity of laboratory records are at risk.

• These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the platform, laboratory services, security practices, or applicable requirements. The current version published on this page applies from the time it is made available.
